Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship Opportunities change throughout the year, the Mississippi Dental Association sponsors many different meetings and events. We have several levels of Sponsorships available. 
  • Daily Tabletop Exhibit Sponsorship Space $750.00 Per Day

          (Space is limited to 13 daily)

Sponsors receive:
Tabletop display space on daily basis (no floor displays allowed)
Mailing address list of pre-registered attendees - two weeks prior to event
Sponsorship acknowledgement in MDA Insider newsletter
Sponsorship acknowledgement on the MDA website
Sponsorship acknowledgement in e-mail blast to MDA members
Sponsorship recognition on meeting signage and on-site program materials
Valuable interaction time with conference attendees

  • Non-Exhibit Sponsorship Opportunities

Registration Bags -$1,000.00  
limited to (2) two sponsors (Includes one color logo placement )
Attendees receive a bag upon on-site check-in containing all meeting materials so your company receives continuous visibility throughout the meeting and beyond as many attendees will continue to use their bags when they return home.

Display advertisement in Official Program Materials - $1,000.00
limited to (2) two sponsors
Increase your visibility with conference at­tendees by placing your logo on the official program booklet distributed to all registered meeting attendees.


In addition to daily tabletop exhibit sponsorships we hope to also plan more social networking and family events that allow our sponsors to connect with annual session attendees.  These events will offer exclusive opportunities  and recognition to sponsors on-site and will range in fees from  $500-$1000 per event.
