The Mississippi Dental Association has four primary governing documents. Below are descriptions of the documents and links to reference them:

MDA District Constitution and Bylaws

Each district is governed by an individual constitution and bylaws. These governing documents are created and utilized by the district. Any changes in the documents must be approved by a majority of the district members.
